The JLab app has been recently upgraded to bring complete customization options for all JLab App compatible models. This app allows you to personalize various settings such as Noise Control, Be Aware feature, touch controls, safe listening levels, and sound according to your personal preferences. You can also choose from preset options like JLab Signature, Balanced, or Bass Boost. Additionally, the app provides timely software updates for your product.

The Active Noise Cancellation Control feature allows you to adjust the level of active noise canceling on your ANC compatible earbuds through the JLab app. This feature gives you the freedom to choose between different levels ranging from off to max ANC. In contrast, the earbuds themselves only offer an on or off selection.

The Be Aware Audio option lets you control the amount of outside noise you want to allow in by adjusting the Be Aware settings available through the JLab app. Please note that this feature is only applicable to Be Aware Compatible earbuds.

The EQ Customization feature allows you to fine-tune your sound experience by adjusting the equalizer settings. JLab products come with three pre-set options called Custom EQ3 Sound, which include JLab Signature, Balanced, and Bass Boost. The JLab app enables you to test and set your own equalizer settings by adjusting the levels of Bass (200, 280, 400 Hz), Mid-Range (550, 770, 1000, 2000 Hz), and Treble (4000, 8000, 16000 Hz).

Custom Controls provide convenient functionality on JLab products. Each earbud comes with controls that allow you to adjust volume, change tracks, play/pause, and more. If you prefer different settings, you have the option to further customize your controls via the app.

Safe Hearing is a feature supported by all future JLab models. With this feature, you can switch between different output levels for a safe listening experience. You can select the default output, 95 dB, or 85 dB depending on your preferences.
